1. ATI warrants to the original purchaser (“consumer”), \that this Product is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal, appropriate use and service for a period of three (3) years. All cables and accessories provided with the Product are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal, appropriate use and service for a period of two (2) years.

2. The period of warranty commences on the date of purchase at retail. The warranty is subject to proof of purchase being provided. ATI may request the original sales receipt or a copy. Therefore you should retain your original receipt.

3. The warranty consists of either repair or replacement products. ATI’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at ATI’s option, to: (i) repair the defective product or part; (ii) deliver to customer an equivalent product or part to replace the defective product.
Replacement parts or products will either be new, equivalent to new or re-conditioned and may include serviceable used parts with at least the same functional equivalence to the original product. If, at the time of repair, a product is “out of warranty” or within the last ninety (90) days of the warranty period, ATI warrants any repair for ninety (90) days. All software provided is subject to the terms of the ATI software end-user license agreement.

4. When a product or part is replaced or exchanged, the item becomes customer’s property. All replaced spare parts and products shall become the property of ATI.

Direct claims from end-users towards GAINWARD will no longer be handled directly by

Gecube

Gecube Warranty Statement:

1. Gecube's Warranty service is provided only to the original purchase with originalinvoice and documentation which is FROM GECUBE official Distributor.

2. The following items are OUT OF WARRANTY even if returned after purchased!!
Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by customer.
Any items that become non-functional due to customer improper use.

Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed by customer that cannot be verified as our products.
Any items that do not have a matching serial number between the product and the original receipt.
Any items which is not sold from our official distributors or resellers.

3. GPU or ASIC device (VGA) is sensitive to thermal (heat) issue. The ventilation part or cooler fan is designed to meet the requirement for reliability of the product. It is not allowed to dismantled or take off the ventilation part or cooler fan as this may causes damage to the GPU or ASIC device due to improper re-installation. Non-compliance will cause the warranty of the product void at user expenses.

4. Currently Gecube does not directly provide any warranty extensions. Please contact your reseller or distributor for any independent warranty extensions that may be available through the reseller. Any warranty extensions provided by the reseller are independent of Gecube.

5. All replacement product may include new, remanufactured or refurbished product and parts.

6. Any repaired, replaced or exchanged product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty.

8. Gecube reserves the right to change this policy without advance notice.

Hmmm, du måste nog jobba lite på denna skulle jag tro, skaffa mer info och översätt till svenska samt hitta lite mer tillverkare så kanske det blir något?

Har skickar mail till club-3D och frågade om deras garanti. Detta är det svar jag fick:
