Windows 10 och kompabilitet

Hej,-slängde iväg denna förfrågan i eforum, men gör ett försök här också ;

Finns det nån/några vänliga datanördar som har tid över för en oinsatt filhanterare ?
Jag håller på att försöka ladda ner fpga Quartus II från INTELs download-sida,
nedladdningen "verkar ha gått bra" enligt budskapen från skärmen
MEN, inga filer har installerats, och när jag klickar att jag vill fortsätta och t om installera programvaran,
så kommer meddelandet att Windows 10 är inte kompatibelt ?? ,
jag får också meddelandet att filformatet qdz(QDZ)-som används av ALTERA-QUARTUS II
inte kan hanteras av Windows 10.0 ?
Jag har kopplat ur S-läget, men själva installationen alltså krånglar

Programfilerna från Intel ifa : fpga-quartus prime lite v.18.1 ska vara gratis,
men i samband med att jag får meddelandet att Windows 10 inte är kompatibelt ,
så kommer även följdfrågan om jag vill köpa en mjukvara ?,,
Skulle verkligen behöva guidning i det här, för jag har aldrig laddat ner sånt här via hemdatorn förut ,
och är verkligen ingen stjärna på sånt här dessvärre......

Joo jag glömde i min frågeställning ta upp att jag behöver (MÅSTE!!) ha JUST quartus prime versionen 18.1 !
detta pga att lab-utrustningen bara är gjort specifikt för just version .18.1
samt inte heller klarar senare fpga-versioner än denna ,,,
men GÄRNA fler förslag och tips )))
