Frågade varför ordern hamnat hos tullen med en avgift på 75kr, vilket i stort sett motsvarar värdet på varan. Detta ver ej en FBA order (fulfilled by amazon)

Let me just inform you of the types of items on our website:
1. Sold and Fulfilled by Amazon
2. Sold by Marketplace seller and Fulfilled by Amazon
3. Sold and Fulfilled by Marketplace Seller
For the item in question, it complies with number 3.
That means : the item is provided and shipped by the seller, from their own store/warehouse, at their own expense
The seller is from UK so this got at customs.
However, seller is obliged to cover these costs for you, as you order from Sweden which is EU member and you should not bare customs costs when making any order on amazon.se
So, there are 2 options here :
1. You can pick this up, pay for customs, save receipt and send it to seller.
They have to refund it.
If they do not, you are protected by amazon's A-Z claim

2. You can not pick this up, not pay for anything and it would be returned to seller after some time, for full refund

Number 1 = That seems like a whole lot of work and an impossible mission almost. But if you could write to them for me that would have been great! How do I know what happens next?

Like I said, this is now supposed to return and after return processing, they will refund for amount of order total
Så nu väntar jag på svar från att säljaren ska svara & då får jag svaret i min inkorg på Amazon.
Hon sa också att ibland kan det fastna i tullen men ibland inte, detta var 1a gången för mig & då har jag beställt liknande innan, åtminstone 1 gång från uk.
Edit, fick mejl redan nu ikväll, samma dag, att varan krediteras mitt mastercard. Smidig kundservise från amazon & man fick även chatthistoriken mejlad till sig. Snyggt.
