Obsidian 550D, Plain Side Panel

Hello Corsair!

It seems impossible to get the "plain side panel" for 550D without having to order it from USA, and that would probably be to expensive with the shipping and all. I guess this is a matter of supply and demand but perhaps you know how I could get one without having to ship it over overseas.

It would also be nice if you (in the future) could build a chassi like the 550D in aluminium, I wouldn´t mind the higher price. There is already to many "lowbudget" cases outthere in my opinion. You can make it look loke this!

Another nice feature for the front panel could be simple multi bay solutions like a bracket for 2 x SSD or 1 x HDD instead of the existent bay covers.

About the side panel, yes that´s the panel I meant!

I would be very grateful if you could conjure up something. I haven´t actually bought the 550D yet when I spent all my savings on the stuff listed in my signature, although I will do that in the very near future and use that instead of the chassi I currently use.

Do you know if I could use the Thermalright Archon Multi RT CPU cooler in the 550D?

The Hydro H60 would probably if not even fallibly be a better cooling solution but I would prefer to stick with air because I kind of dislike the idea of having running water inside my case. Thanks for telling me about my options though.

Hi again Blackbeard! About the side panel,

The other day I received the shipment from Corsair and I have also ordered the 550D from a vendor here in Sweden so now it feels like I will have a pretty unique version, at least here in Sweden, (quote me if I´m wrong).

I understand that it will come out a new PSU, AX860 (platinum). Will it have the same dimensions as the AX850?
