Det kan ha varit så att switchen som är kopplad till din lägenhet haft ett maclås som varit "permanent" de flesta operatörer har en timer på det men det går att konfigurera så det blir permanent också, elller så kanske switchen hängt sig på nått sätt.

Had a similar issue and solved thanks to you!!

I hope its ok to take this in English. No time to write in svenska and just trying to give some helpful feedback hopefully.

I have moved from BBB to B2 as B2 has a deal with BRF. Wall outlet directly connected to PC gave me internet but when the cable is connected to the router no internet (via both cable and wireless). Tried everything, many hours... even another router.. same crap...
Then saw this post and found that the wall outlet had the name BBB... I just removed the cable from there. So nothing was connected to the wall socket.
Let it be like that for few min.s, then connected back, and restarted the router!!! Voila!!!!! Both cable and wireless internet is working. Insane how a simple disconnection from the wall fixed it as it was disconnected from the router for few days.. only the wall end was fixed... so glad this is over.. sigh.. thank you!!!!!

I'm sorry for typing in English, but my swedish isn't still good enough to explain.
I was having same problem with a D-Link router, the solution was:
1- Open dos console (type CMD to access)
2-With cable connected directly to your computer type; ipconfig/release and disconnect right away the cable from computer (the it doesn't give again the new IP and MAC to the same device)
3- Plug the cable on the router and set up for dinamic IP

It should be working fine now, may take couple mins, but normally it's working in seconds (this was tested on a TP-Link plug 5, D-Link dir-842 and Asus RT-AC66U, worked fine with same way in all)

Just remember soon you release the IP unplugged the cable fast as you can so it doesn't generat new static IP to your computer again.
