Crucial Technology basically consists of three parts. A call center, shipping department, and an RMA & testing center. The call center is the heart of Crucial. The call center takes phone orders, handles customer service and some, but not all of the Internet orders. To be more efficient at what they do, the call center is broken down into sections. Each section has their own particular specialty and are trained to handle certain situations such as large company or government orders, technical support, customer service and so on.
