Tickande ljud!

Jag är egentligen en svensk, men just nu orkar jag inte översätta allt till svenska. Fråga om det är något du inte förstår.

I'm building a computer.
I have bought these (brand new) components:

MSI K7N2 Delta-L NFORCE2 SKT-A LAN ATX Mainboard
512mb KVR 333mHz Dimm DDR Ram
AMD ATHLON xp2500+ (Barton)
Arctic cooling Copper silent 3000+
LG CD-RW/DVD COMBO (writer+dvd-reader)
A brand new ATX 300Watts Power supply

Included with the mainboard was a D-Bracket(tm)Connector, which enables one (you do maby know) to from four LEDs read out whats wrong. these four LEDs gives 16 different combinations to tell you the error.

Well, here's the problem: it doesn't start up.
I have assemblied it through reading the manual (Carefully!). I have built computers before, at a small company, and have some experience.

When I push the start button, the fans starts up, AND the internal speaker begins to make an ticking sound (about each 0,5 sec), the power leds and the D-bracket LEDs flickers (blinkar) at the exact same pace as the speaker ticks. The D-bracket LEDs shows an combination which does NOT exist in the manual (i.e. not one of the 16 combinations shown in there).
The combination shown is the following:
Upper left: Red
Upper right: Red
Lower left: Green
Lower right: Blank (lyser inte)
This combination is as previously mentionend, flickering at the same pace as the sound.

What to do?

I have tried to remove/place at another place all components. the connectors for the power on/speaker/reset button has also been swithed (i.e moving + to - and - to +)

Har moderkortet gått sönder? Det är min bästa gissning (även om jag inte vet speciellt mycket), konstigt eftersom det är helt oanvänt.... Ps. i så fall... har jag någon garanti? köpte det från Dustin.se ds.
