What the flying fudge is wrong with you.
I asked for a personal answer regarding my case. So you send me the same generic "fuck you for ordering from us, you been blocked for no reason" as you did the first time.
I want to know why I became blocked by the system(obviously by some one since it took 3 days from making a order)
If you can't tell me that I can make a new account and then you can let me have the same exact order on the new account.
This is so bullshit, you call this support by pissing on your customers?

First off I would like to have a explanation about how my account was breaking the company policy/terms (i have read em)instead of sending me a generic reply instead of focusing on my case.
Waiting urgently on a satisfying explanationon why you banned/blacklisted me when making a purchase by using a legit 50% off coupon for my first Purchase as I was eligtable for.

I dont get it.. first time in doing a purchase from you and I'm getting blocked. No information about this have been passed on to me, I noticed this when I check the processing status on my graphiccard.
And by the way you want a picture on a transaction done to you. That's not possible since this is my first purchase and this purchase is on invoice. The invoice company have a reservation on my account from you but nothing they could pass on to me as proof
I did attach I picture of another invoice and my ID
