Is it possible that the kill switch in Shield tablet could kill wrong tablet?

Hi

Got my new shield tabley through the recall program. Now my new tablet wont start! Is it possible that the kill switch can kill the wrong tablet?

Öhhmm JA!
Dels genom rena misstag som att serienummer kanske blir felreggade heller buggar i nån programvara (på plattan heller servern som sköter detta).
Men även sabotage/hackande/nån som vill jävlas/osv.

Är det troligt att detta skulle hända nej!

Svaret från Nvidia kommer garanterat vara NEJ och det skulle även ha varit ett NEJ om det hade funnits en hel del kända fall där killswitch misstag har hänt.

No this shouldn't be happening. Have you ever been successful in turning on your new tablet? Or has it been like this since you got it?

Hi again, Yes I've been succesful turning it on again. Although it seems like the new Shield doesnt take charging like it should. I'm in progress of trying out different cables and chargers to see if the problem is there or in the Shield.
