Missing or Corrupt ntoskrnl.exe

Jag har nu fått en blue screen med följande felmeddelande två gånger :"Missing or Corrupt ntoskrnl.exe " och jag undrar om det finns någon bra och relativt enkel fix för att bli av med problemet .
Lite system information :
använder mig av windows 7 ultimate edition 64 bits versionen med som senaste uppdateringarna installerade (fråga gärna om det är något annat ni vill veta)
när jag kör programmet whocrashed får jag ut följande information :

ovan inträffade precis innan blå skärmen
Om någon vet ett bra ställe man kan lägga upp windows dmp filen så att ni kan läsa den så kan även detta ordnas (eller om ni kan ge tips om hur man öppnar filen så skulle även detta uppskattas väldigt mycket)
Edit : har nu kört windows egna memory test och där hittades inga fel har även kört Intel SSD Toolbox och även där hittas inga fel på min SSD disk (har SSD disken som primär disk för operativet)
Edit 2: kommer ihåg nu att även Steam hade ballat ur helt i samband med krashen idag , tyvärr så kommer jag inte ihåg vad felmeddelandet var (glömde skriva ner den informationen dum som jag va) men jag var tvungen att döpa om ClientRegistry.blob och låta steam uppdatera sig själv igen innan programmet fungerade igen
