"...Removal
Thankfully there is a way to disable Nvidia's newly added Telemetry, which is added in Nvidia's latest drivers. In our test system, these telemetry processes were installed with Nvidia's basic drivers, which were installed without the Geforce Experience.
To disable Nvidia's Telemetry processes you will first need to download Microsoft Autoruns, which is an application which is a program which is designed to show all startup applications and allows users to disable them at will.
Once you download Autoruns for Windows you will need to extract the files from your downloaded Zip file and then run Autoruns64 as administrator.
"How to disable Nvidia's Telemetry process
In the Autoruns Filter box type in Nvidia and press enter, which will make the application show only Nvidia Autorun entries like shown below.
The image below shows a list of all Nvidia autorun entries, with the red box highlighting all telemetry options. To disable telemetry simply uncheck the highlighted registry entries, NvTmMon, NvTmRep and NvTmRepOnLogon. After this, you can simply close the Autoruns application.

Like we have said above Nvidia's Telemetry tools are likely nothing to be concerned about, making this guide more of an opt-out option for Nvidia's Telemetry rather than a system security measure. "
