CTS HES-3106 Strull, Is it dead?

OBS: Partially knowledgeable user

Fiber/copper signal converter CTS HES-3106. I've read the complete manual and understand its contents.
I am familiar with the LED lighting when the system works normally.

New Problem... No lights on Status or WAN at all. Only solid green light on Power.
No change to situation after 24hr unplug-replug reset.

I've contacted my ISP and await feedback.
Should I perform a factory reset? If so, what can I expect?

If I need a new converter, can anyone here suggest a replacement unit of similar size?

Not much you can do, something's wrong on their side (well somewhere between them and your CTS)

I’d say just listen to what they want, that’s usually the fastest way to get an error report sent to your net owner.

Most likely they’ll either ask you to factory reset it, or to connect a computer straight to one of the LAN ports and take some basic info from there. It’s possible that neither option will help solve your problem, but I wouldn’t waste time trying to argue with your ISP, just follow their instructions and they’ll report it to the net owner.
