· We must receive your drive within 30 days of RMA issue, or your RMA will be cancelled.
· DO NOT send the drive in its external casing, or with any type of adapter, cable or converter.
IBM is only responsible for returning the drive itself through the hard drive warranty.
· Each IBM Machine is manufactured from new parts, or new and used parts. In some cases,
the Machine may not be new and may have been previously installed. Regardless of the
Machine's production status, IBM's appropriate warranty terms apply.
· Ship via certified mail or with a carrier that provides a tracking number.
· Use protective packaging to ship your drive(s) or you will void your warranty. Please

Hur menar de att jag ska göra?
Ska jag få ett paket av dom eller är jag tvungen att köpa en ESDpåse och ett stort paket och betala frakten till holland?
Nån här borde ju veta med tanke på alla defekta diskar som har kommit hit till swec!
