Fel i WoW

Efter en total ominstalation av datorn instalerade man åter igen WoW trail version. instalationen flöt på bra men när jag skulle starta kom följade error upp

Exeption: 0xC0000005(ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 00B1:00632915
The instruktion at "0x00632912915" referenced memory at "0x00000054"
The memory could not be read

Vet nån vad som kan vara felet??
