"Official releasedate for Diablo 3 is Tuesday May 15th 2012, at 00:01 hrs.
Before this date and time, this title must not be available for retail sale or delivered to any consumer or end user of any kind, including shop personnel and others.
Wholesalers are to guarantee street date compliance with their customers or they will not be given a distribution advantage for this or future releases.
Should street date not be respected, Activision Blizzard are obligated to take considerable actions for upcoming titles – one being, delivering on the day of release without any distribution advantage.
This is valid for but not limited to the release of DIABLO 3. Activision Blizzard also reserve the right to claim a penalty fee of Euro 50 000 should street date not be respected.
