Osymetrisk ping och dålig prestanda ERX / AC LITE

Hej!

Som rubriken säger så har jag konstig prestanda på nätverket hemma. Jag kör med ubiquiti och har följande setup:

internet -- EdgeRouter X.1 -- AC lite -- PC1 -- PC2

Dvs, internet kommer in till en ERX, går vidare till en AC Lite och sen vidare till PC1 och PC2.

Mot nätet funkar det bra, får ut förväntade hastigheter med bredbandskollen och har hygglig ping

Ping, PC1 -> www.google.se
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 4.586/5.044/5.681/0.331 ms

Ping, PC2 -> www.google.se
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 3.576/3.946/4.604/0.280 ms

Men mellan PC1 och PC2 är det TRÖGT:
I bägge riktningarna så får jag ungefär:
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 24.773/90.377/214.837/63.319 ms

Samma gäller tex:
ERX > PC1
Min: 19.380 ms | Avg: 69.991 ms | Max: 112.095 ms

Men andra hållet går det destu bättre!
PC1 > ERX
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 0.943/2.261/3.235/0.784 ms

Jag har aldrig satt mig in i nätverksprylar och har ingen aning om vad det kan vara för problem -- för så här ska det väl inte vara?

Låter som att de kanske kan vara någon QoS kö som spökar, vet du om du har confat QoS eller quality of service som det heter?

Har du möjlighet att exportera ut confen från prylarna?

Jag tror inte att det har med QoS att göra (efter att ha googlat lite). Enheterna har kört med standardinställningarna fram tills nu.

Jag testade att aktivera "hardware offloading"
https://help.ui.com/hc/en-us/articles/115006567467#1

men det förbättrade ingenting. Samma dåliga och osymetriska ping till och från ERX, dessutom förlorar jag kontakten mellan PC1 och PC2 med det aktiverat (varför).

Dumpar configurationen nedan om någon förstår...

ER-X konfigen ser bra ut. Troligen något med dina wifi inställningar. om du kan testa samma test med kabel föratt utesluta routern.

Jag kopplade in en dator direkt till Rotern/ERX

PC0 -- ERX -- AC LITE

Ping från PC0 till AC LITE och från AC LITE till PC0 är alltid < 1 ms.

Men från PC0 till PC1 eller PC2 som är anslutna trådlöst så är det dåligt:
