CMP4GX3M2B1600C8 settings?

Hi,

I bought a pair of Corsair DD3 CMP4GX3M2B1600C8 a couple weeks ago.

The specification was, 1600Mhz, 1.5V 8-8-8-24, for AMD Phenom II .

I´m having some trouble, when running them at 1600Mhz and 1.5V 8-8-8-24 ,there is a lot
of blue screen, memory dump, and reboot crash when playing games.
Running at 1333 1.5V 8-8-8-24 is working.
Bios by SPD only showing 9-9-9-24, and 1333Mhz.
For the moment I´m running them at 1600Mhz, 1.65V 9-9-9-24, so far no crash.

So what is the right setting for CMP4GX3M2B1600C8?
Some says they are for Intel and some for AMD

The voltage should be set to 1.65V for 1600MHz 8-8-8-24. It should list that voltage on the module label too.

The SPD is programmed for 1333MHz 9-9-9-24 at 1.5V as that is the standard JEDEC spec. The SPD is set to this so that the modules will always boot at default settings in all board/CPU combos. The faster timings are usually set via XMP (for Intel) or BEMP for AMD, though I don't believe the BEMP program is running anymore.
