Hi. I'm a great fan of your products and hopefully, you'll keep the quality standard up high even if your company grow bigger.

Question: I bought a HX850w powersupply when I did my build but I was waiting for NVidia to release their 480 graphics and sadly, it uses a lot off power. Can the HX850w manage a second 480 in SLI or do I have to go with a bigger powersupply?

Corsair 800D, HX850w, H50, 3 x 2 GB Dominator, ASUS P6T DELUXE V2, Intel i7 920, ZOTAC GEFORCE GTX 480

I would not be so sure..
Like your review says at max power consumption for only 2x GTX480 it draw at least 624w and then you have to + CPU + Motherboard + DRAM + Harddrive(s) + DVD-player(or worse blueray) you get the point.

You're right about that..

All that could use another 200W, so maybe the HX850 might just be sufficient?
Hm well, im not using a GTX480 anyway so how would i know

I'd say you'll be absolutely fine with that setup. I've seen tests where the HX850 has peaked at over 1000W on the 12V rail alone (not that we recommend that!). 850W is what we guarantee for 100% load at 50 degrees C, continuously...
