Datorn fryser/laggar enormt vid nerladdning. CPU går i taket. Hastigheten i botten.

Jag har haft detta problem nu i ungefår 3 veckors tid och har frenetiskt letat efter ett fix, utan resultat, upplever som om problemet blir värre och värre. Jag har läst hundra poster om liknande besvär och jag tror min hårdisk börjar lägga ner, men vad vet jag.
Problemet uppstår när jag laddar ner, via IE/MF, eller någon form av P2P(torrent, spelpatch). I skrivande stund har jag bara IE uppe och allt är som vanligt...
När jag surfar eller grejar med datorn samtidigt som jag laddar ner fryser programmet/browsern stup i kvarten, eller snarare var 20onde sekund, sen går det fint en liten stund, och så fryser den.
Ju längre tid jag har laddat ner, ju värre blir frysningarna och CPUn spikar, från en 5% till 15% uppåt 50-70%, beroende vad jag håller på med.
Vid användande av Utorrent så brukar musen frysa 1 sekund, funkar 2 sekunder, frysa 1 sekund, osv. I symbios med CPU spikar. Ju längre tid jag tankar, desto slöare går det tills det står 0.00 Kb/s i nerladdning och musen fryser varannan sekund... Samma gäller spelpatchar.
Det är NT system & kernel som spikar, ibland Svchost.exe*32, och ibland System. :S
Det låter konstigt, men man skulle kunna säga P2P = CPU spikes, segare DL med tiden. Direkt nerladdning från nåtet lr server, då fryser datorn till och från istället.
