Arma2 Mod: Dayz Epoch Chernarus Server

Jag och några vänner har nyligen startat en egen server för Dayz Epoch Chernarus.
Våran server vi hyr ligger i Tyskland så servern är väldigt stabil och ligger på ca 28 i ping.
För er som inte känner till dayz:
Dayz är en mod gjort för spelet Arma2 operation arrowhead.
Vad spelet går ut på är att överleva. Har ni sett Walking dead så vet ni precis vad jag pratar om.
Det handlar inte bara att överleva mot zombies, Ai´s och andra överlevare(Onlinespelare) runt om i världen utan du måste även överleva hunger, törst osv.
Dayz Epoch:
Dayz Epoch är en mod till dayz, vilket har gjort det möjligt att bygga hus, garage med kombinations lås på och jaa allt din fantasi tillåter dig att bygga(crafting är också en stor del av spelet).
I Epoch finns även traders så du kan köpa/sälja allt från en tom whiskey flaska till en beväpnad helikopter.
När du köper tex ett fordon hos en trader så får du en nyckel till detta fordon vilket gör att du kan låsa ditt fordon så ingen annan kan sno ditt fordon.
Finns även kassaskåp du kan köpa så du kan lämna din loot säker i din bas eller i ditt hus.
Vi har aktiva admins och våra admins jobbar som programmerare på dag tid så vi vet exakt vad vi gör, och modifierar scripts själva. Det vill säga vi kopierar inte bara och klistrar in utan vi gör dom bättre och mindre buggiga. Vi har många unika saker andra servrar inte har. Tex. Drones, uav´s, och unika fordon.
Vi här även roaming Ai´s(Hero/bandit/Survivor) även Ai helikoptrar som cirkulerar(Bandit/Hero).
Vi har self blodbag, Safe traders, Custom Missions, Tow/lift, även costumiserat tow så folk kan towa flygplan och parkera dom i sitt garage. Vi har även modiferat våra Ai´s så dom kan flanka folk och mycket mer.

Various other changes may have occured but have either been forgotten or where to small to mention.
~ Cleaned up the tow script and fixed messages not appearing
~ Fix for the fuel pumps so you can place them up to 30m from a fuel tank
+ Introduced tow speed limit of 50
+ Introduced tow power limit so trucks cannot be towed by cars (as they dont have the power to pull somthing that heavy)
+ Added the ability to tow airplanes using tractors and tow tractors
+ Added speed limit of 18 while towing aircraft
+ When untowing a reminder message now appears to remind you to get in to save its position
+ Pook gunship can now be armed with 6 x 200Rnd. M249
+ Randomised vehicles used on missions to make them more unique
+ Temp vehicles such as mission and patrol vehicles now display a message alerting you they will despawn on server restart

~ Removed "This player is tagged friendly, you have access to this players bag" message from appearing. It was spammy and usless
~ Various changes to BattlEye filers to try and stop false kicking
~ Old vehicles / items such as abandoned vehcles / safes / doors should now despawn after 2 weeks of no interaction from a player
~ Normal enter and backspace no longer kick for invalid keys
~ Removed the vehicle service point from the airfield to stop unwanted refueling and arming of vehicles
+ Fuel tanks located around the map now have a random fuel capacity on server restart.
Once fuel runs out you can no longer fill jerry cans or barrels until the next server restart.
+ You can now check the capacity of a fuel tank located around the map by using the "Check fuel levels" option. This will use one bandage as your character will dangle it into the tank to try and estimate the level of fuel.
+ Blocked sabiana tunnel to stop accidental death / usage
+ Fuel pumps will only provide fuel if the fuel tank it is taking fuel from has enough fuel.
+ Fuel pumps will now only provide fuel if the fuel tank near by is still alive and not blown up
+ Added the ability for admins to spawn in donator boxes containing various building supplies.
+ Added major missions
+ Added missions MTVR trucks to the tow script so they can be towed by other trucks

~ Various code optimization changes
~ Raised general tow distance slightly
~ Various modifications to the major missions code to increase reliability
~ Fuel trucks can now be filled via pumps and stations
+ Added a second tow distance for trucks. You no longer have to be 1mm apart.
+ Added various missing vehicles to tow script such as trucks and all vehicles sold via hero / bandit vendors
+ When filling a vehicle with a fuel truck or pump, if the vehicle is moving or has been moved out of range the vehicle will no longer continue to refill.
+ Every 3 days vehicles which have no keys will be unlocked automatically
+ Added the ability to fill a vehicle via a fuel station
+ Added in new vehicles and weaponry to major missions
+ Added in new eye candy (structures) to major missions
+ Major missions now spawn with random vehicles

~ Various code optimization changes (combined many looping functions together and rewrite various custom codes)
~ Fine tuned various settings such as ammo box spawns, heli spawns and debre spawns so the server is more stable (FPS wise)
~ Slight changes to some missions to make them more reliable (less stuck missions)
~ Slight changes to weather system
+ Police and ambulance vehicles now have a "Siren On" and "Siren Off" (plays a siren and flashes your lights)
+ Intro music on loading
+ Added car alarm beeping sound on lock and unlock of vehicle
+ Added various new airfields, towns and military locations to the map. Including a new road from the north dam leading up north.
+ Added various AI spawns

This change is to help with FPS. There have been various other changes but this is the main changes I can remember.
~ Lowered amount of AI which spawn at the various AI bases
~ Removed Undervile city as it was causing lag and we decided it was not polished and the constant fires where annoying.
~ Renamed Otmel to "Otmel FOB"
~ Removed AI from Otmel to help with server stress and there want enough military loot
~ Adjust AI respawn times in new base locations to 1 hour

~ Change pook and mozzie helicopters fuel levels so the fuel capacity reflects the size of the vehicle.
~ Jerry cans and barrels now fill the pook and mozzie correctly.
~ Fixed fuel trucks unable to fill a vehicle if fuel levels where low on either the fuel truck or target vehicle.
~ FPS fixes.
~ Updated Anti hack to stop those annoying cheaters.
~ Fixed the random instant death.
~ Fixed vehicles blowing up due to hitting gates or gently hitting other objects (trees, lights...).
+ Plot poles should now automatically link back to your new character on death. This will only take effect on server restart. But after server restart you will be able to use your plot pole again until death (will be added the ability to manage your plot pole after death shortly).

These are mainly bug fixes, but due to the nature of some of the issues we wont know for sure if they are fixed. Please bare with us while we try and find solutions.
~ Changes so hopefully vehicles no longer spawn in the debug
~ Modifications to the decay and object delete codes to try and make sure it is not deleting maintained objects by accident
~ Merlin can now be sold at the vendor
+ On dieing objects which where placed by your previous character should now auto link to your new character. This only takes effect on server restart so if you die you will have to wait until next restart before the objects placed by your other character become yours again. This should hopeful fix the unable to deconstruct objects issue.
+ Vehicles which are out of map bounds (debug) should now be moved to a random location on the map on server start up

This is a massive FPS increase fix so hopefully all those who are still playing on Nintendo spec machines should have a "playable fps".
~ Various changes through out the map
~ Alot of changes to South airfield to make it more open, less clog and cleaner looking.
~ Changed the camp fires and barrels to the ones which are off by default
- Removed all the animated and smocking / fire wrecks (huge FPS destroyers) Some wrecks remain, they just dont animate anymore.
- Removed various light posts which where not required (including the ones blocking the north airfield hangers)
- Removed all the buildings / objects I could find which where glitching into other items
- Removed the huge amount of mass graves (causing an huge amount of zombies which caused lag)
- Removed some wrecks which where spawning with alive AI in them (who knows its arma lol)
- Removed altar (it was mainly just eye candy)
- Removed Otmel FOB (was not polished and caused a alot of FPS issues)
