AX860 dead?

I bought a ax860 about 6 months ago, i RMA'd it due to coilwhine and got a new one this week. I installed it in my system that only has cpu/mobo/ram/ssd in it.
After about 1 hour of web browsing and music i heard a loud bang, saw a bright light? at the psu and my pc shut down. there were no smoke or smell coming from it. What should i do? do i need to RMA and spend another 450kr on shipping?

The reseller can handle the RMA if you bought it in Sweden.

Yeah, it was from Corsair. Ticket #6090391.

Sorry for the slow response.
I haven't received the label yet. They've been trying to deliver the psu though.. at 11 am when no one is home I've called them and they say they can't change the time of delivery so they're gonna have to hide it somewhere i guess.

Thanks for the update. Let me pass this info along to our customer service and see if they can do anything from their side to sort this out. if anything, they will contact you via your RMA for status update.

Alright, just got an update from our customer service. Looks like the pre paid label is set as a call tag, meaning that UPS will need to pick up the PSU from your location. You will need to call them and set up a pick up time for the faulty PSU.

As for the replacement, looks like that shipped out last 09/25 and looks like from the UPS's website, it says delivered today.

Yeah, the psu arrived yesterday. Since it arrived when no one was home we didn't know that they would pick up the old one. I think my parents called and fixed a pick up today though (I live at the school so kinda hard for me to fix it ). The new psu works perfectly so far, no noise from it unless you go reaaaal close
