I'm really sorry to hear that. Let me get the lot # of this unit so I can pass it along to our engineering team.

I still have your ticket #, I'll make the necessary arrangement to get this sorted out.

This is driving me crazy tbh, today I come home and tested it again and no suprise it still turned red after some secs. But then I keept on trying and now it works all the time?.... Something dosent feel right with this PSU

That's odd. So now you are saying that it passes the self test? Have you tried it in your system yet?

Ok I tried it in the computer now and it seems to be working fine, but the insane coil whine from the Titan cards are still there, they both have the exact same sound so I doubt it is something wrong with them. With a diffrent psu there is still some coil whine but it is so much lower almost not audible, and I can live with that but not this...

See if this changes anything.. if you still get the noise, then I must say, it's not the PSU but simply the combination of your current hardware. Try one card and see if the noise is louder compare when running 2.

The sound is the same with 1 card, I have already tried everything in that link before. Here is a link that might confirm a PSU fault:

Do you have the possibility to test my components with a AX1200i psu?

Thanks for the thread, but that thread didn't really provide a more definitive answer other than some PSU will produce coil whine and some don't when a titan card is used in the system. It's more like the combination of both GPU and PSU.

Not sure if I can find a titan card here in house, but I'll try to get one and see if I can replicate the same issue you're having.
