When you've entered the key and clicked on the button, you'll come to the actual registration page. (No, I won't post the url here.) The top line is for your name. Since you're entering your name in Roman characters, enter it again in the second line as well.
Below that are two check dots, the left is male the right is female, click the appropriate dot. Next is your birthday, year-month-day, each in a seperate text box.
Next line is zip code (postal code). It has two text boxes because Japanese zip codes have two segments. I don't know how this application will handle non-Japanese zip codes. You may have to experiment a bit.
The drop down dialogue box is for city. The very last entry are four Kanji that mean "outside Japan". Chose them. The two long text boxes are for your address. Then there are three text boxes linked by dashes, these are for your phone number.
Below that you'll see the e-mail address you listed at the beginning of this procedure and a check box. The check box if for an e-mail "magazine" about Lineage 2, presumably in Japanese. You'll probably want to leave it blank.
Below the check box is a drop down box for how you found out about Lineage 2. Unless you know Japanese you can leave it the way it is. (The default is "friend", that's me! ).
Now we come to the moment of truth. Three text boxes, the first one with a button on the right hand side. Enter the account name you want in the first box. The two bottom boxes are for your password (once in each box, naturally). Fill them in and click the button to see if the account name you desire is available. Rinse and repeat until it accepts your account name and password. (All three boxes require between 4~14 characters or numbers.)
If you get an error, click the button and start over (or use the back button on your browser).
I don't know why, but the second line of the address box is kind of funky. It refused my address six or seven times before accepting it, and I was typing in Japanese characters! You might try leaving it blank.
